Cal Fairbanks is the President and CEO of ComplyWorks Ltd. He has spent over 20 years providing strategic direction and guidance to bring technology companies and applications to market in multiple industries. He has spent the last 14 years working in the Oil & Gas sector. Prior to the launch of Canadian HSE Registry, he was the Founder, CEO and President of ElectroBusiness Inc. (now Cortex Business Solutions), an innovative e-procurement company specializing in streamlining the procurement and supply chain processes. Mr. Fairbanks sits on the Board of Directors of the Petroleum Technology Association of Canada (PTAC) and the Canadian Advanced Technology Alliance (CATA Alliance). He holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), from European University in Belgium.
Ivan Holloway is a graduate of Memorial University of Newfoundland with a double major in Business and Economics. He has spent the last 30 years in Information Technology. He has held a variety of senior management positions for companies such as Digital Equipment Corporation (now Hewlett Packard) and Sun MicroSystems. His customers included companies such as TransCanada Pipelines, Enbridge, The City of Edmonton and the Government of Alberta. Ivan joined the Company in 2005 as a Corporate Director and has been instrumental in assisting and developing strategies that allow resource companies and governments to implement contract and vendor pre-qualification systems.
David Bischoff has over 28 years experience developing and marketing secure networked business solutions, and has been leading the development of the Company systems since initial concept. Formerly with TELUS, Dave managed the data networking portfolio, developed alliance relationships with key vendors such as Cisco Systems, and was involved with the creation of their internet service offerings and the TELUS Advanced Communications division. Later, David was VP for ElectroBusiness, a company that specializes in secure financial document exchange. Dave has also designed and taught advanced software development courses for the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and guest lectured at the University of Calgary. Dave has published articles and papers, and he sold his "Telework Guide" to the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to help them with their post-9/11 telecommuting development.
Ross Wickware has managed the development and funding of several internet based applications in multiple industries including transportation, logistics and English as a second language training. Additionally he is an experienced international security analyst and operator, with proven operational expertise in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Cyprus, the Former Yugoslavia and the European Union. He brings over 20 year's military experience with the Canadian Forces and 5 years security experience with the United Nations and International Non-Government Organizations in the Middle East and South Central Asia.
