ComplyWorks Ltd. partners with MSDS Binders Inc. to provide up to date Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) to ComplyWorks client members across North America and internationally.

Calgary, Alberta - June 10, 2010 - ComplyWorks Ltd., announces that they have entered into a service agreement with MSDS Binders Inc. to deliver up to date Material Safety Data Sheets across their membership base.

"With Companies struggling to keep ahead of regulatory requirements, yet maintain realistic staffing levels, we've partnered with MSDS Binders to provide our members with on-line access to current MSDS through our application.  Our combined offering will significantly reduce costs for Employers and Contracting Companies and provide the rigor necessary to meet CEPA Chemical Challenge and other evolving legislation."  says Cal Fairbanks, President and CEO of ComplyWorks Ltd.

"Organizations can leave the more mundane aspects of MSDS management to MSDS Binders and quickly finding valid MSDSs - 24 hours a day, seven days a week - saving administrative costs and worker time.  Companies can concentrate worker protection based on the information within the MSDS instead of searching for the document" says Mike Phibbs, President of MSDS Binders Inc.

This helps companies identify unnecessary and higher hazard products, enabling them to reduce risks to workers.  Clients will receive monthly MSDS reports, identifying new and updated MSDSs for focused discussions at local safety meetings.  Based on a client study, the payback period for implementing MSDS Binders was calculated to be less than three months.

ComplyWorks CourseWorks training now earns credit towards the University of Calgary's Health, Safety and Environment Certificate

Calgary, Alberta ( June 28, 2010)-Contractors and workers completing THRIL online courses taken through ComplyWorks CourseWorks are now eligible to receive elective course credit in the Health, Safety and Environment Certificate  program at the University of Calgary, ComplyWorks Ltd. announced today.

THRIL (The Health, Safety and Environment Resource iLibrary) courses cover a wide range of health, safety and environment (HSE) topics, from Alberta OH&S for Utilities to Working in Confined Spaces.  In addition to earning credit towards a University of Calgary certificate, the courses are recognized as meeting certification maintenance points by the Board of Canadian Registered Safety Professionals (BCRSP), the Canadian Registration Board of Occupational Hygienists (CRBOH), and the American Board of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH). THRIL was developed by Gemini Performance Solutions Inc. and EHS Partnerships Ltd.

CourseWorks allows members of ComplyWorks to register for THRIL courses and complete them in as little as an hour from anywhere with an Internet connection. "We're happy to be able to provide our members with new ways to complete the training they need to not just comply with safety requirements, but to arrive at the job site ready to work and stay safe."

ComplyWorks Ltd. partners with CanQual Inc. to deliver a Practical and Professional Safety Verification Process.

CQbase EvaluationTM will be available through www.complyworks.com in February 2010.

Calgary, Alberta-January 12, 2010-ComplyWorks Ltd. are pleased to announce a service agreement with CanQual Inc. to deliver the CanQual CQbase Evaluation across the ComplyWorks' membership base.

"With companies facing increasing industry and government regulations, relevant compliance monitoring is critical to help companies improve safety performance in the field.  The availability of the CQbase Evaluation administered by Canadian Registered Safety Professionals (CRSP) is a far more practical, professional and effective review and approval process than the desktop review service provided by non-certified workers currently being offered in  the marketplace. This combined offering will significantly reduce costs for Employers and Contracting Companies and enable the submitting companies to extend their safety management process to include direct feedback loops and continuous performance improvement with the actual Safety Professionals who completed the verification." says Cal Fairbanks, President and CEO of ComplyWorks Ltd.

The CQbase Evaluation is administered by qualified health and safety professionals, extending the existing ComplyWorks verification process to a dynamic, interactive measurement of key safety management processes, at a price that now makes sense. The net benefit being that our members will be better focused on safety policies and standards that not only meet regulatory and industry requirements but are practical and cost effective in the field" stated Mr. Fairbanks.
