InformWorks enables you to manage, send and track communications between any or all of your contractors or internal users. Policies, amendments, bulletins and notifications, all can be communicated and tracked through every level down to and including the individual.
InformWorks provides an electronic notification that utilizes a secure document exchange protocol to transmit the information between you the employer and your contractors. The tracking feature allows the monitoring of the delivery of the information, the actions taken by the contractors or employee and proof that a communication has been sent, viewed and acknowledged by each contractor and worker. Corporate policies and amendments can be distributed, tracked and acknowledgement received with a few clicks of the computer.
Critical documents from Emergency Response Plans (ERP) and Corporate Security Plans (CSP) through to Requests for Proposals (RFP) can be posted, reviewed, amended, communicated and acknowledged by all participants.
