Risk Mitigation Approval Process
RiskWorks enables risk mitigation plans and processes to be developed, communicated, and authorized while providing an audit trail of the due diligence approval and authorization in the field. Field supervisors have the ability to request authority to employ contractors that may require greater on-site supervision due to their compliance level, build and present a mitigation plan and receive approval from designated authorities to mitigate the risk in real time with a complete audit trail.
Different projects and business units have defined reporting authority. With RiskWorks, each individual business unit and project can define their own process to authorize risk mitigation plans in the field in real time. Contractors need not have barriers to work imposed upon them, rather working together to mitigate risk in the field is now at your fingertips.
