Customer Service Representative (CSR)
ComplyWorks has immediate opportunities for experienced customer service representatives. Reporting to the Help Desk Lead, Customer Service, the successful candidate(s) will be accountable for achieving predetermined customer service standards while delivering exceptional customer service.
Required skills and abilities
- Strong inclination to listen first, respond second to ensure client needs are accurately understood and an appropriate response provided
- Team player driven to ensure the whole team's successful in meeting client needs
- Ability to present a professional image and communicate effectively
- Accurate and efficient keyboarding and data entry skills
- Ability to handle favorable and unfavorable customer interactions
- Good judgment in taking timely action in all problems in situations falling within the scope of own responsibility
- Positive "can do" attitude and customer focused approach that will enable you to deal with challenging situations with integrity, empathy and sincerity.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Minimum grade 12 education
- Demonstrated proficiency in the required competencies
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written, with professional telephone manners
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

TeleSales Representative, Customer Service

Compensation: We offer competitive base salary plus commission and impressive benefit package.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Outbound prospecting calls to identify and qualify opportunities
- Respond to lead generation efforts, including but not limited to in-coming phone calls, web-site inquiries, email inquiries, partner leads and trade show leads
- Minimum 50+ outbound calls per day
- Maintain sophisticated sales database to keep prospect and customer data current
Qualifications/ Necessary Skills:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in telesales, inside sales, telemarketing, customer service or related field
- Must be able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communications and superior organizational skills required
- PC literacy required including Microsoft Word and Excel, SalesForce.com experience helpful
- Preferred experience in software related telephone selling. Oil and Gas, Construction, Government and other industry experience desired
