Our customers continue to find innovative ways to use the ComplyWorks Management System to improve their contractor and supplier management, increase compliance levels, and implement continuous improvement programs. But don't take our word for it. The facts and figures speak for themselves.

  • The average total recordable incident frequency (TRIF) of our subscribers dropped for the fifth year in a row, from 3.28 in 2005 to 1.99 in 2010-a decrease of 39%.
  • The ComplyWorks Management System was selected by 33 employing customers to manage their contractors and suppliers. Another 41 contractors and suppliers upgraded their subscriptions to include the ComplyWorks Management System.
  • The number of contractors and suppliers being managed by the ComplyWorks Management System grew to over 50,000-more than a 100% increase.
  • Employing companies used InformWorks to send over 25,000 bulletins to contractors and suppliers.
  • More than 33,000 individuals took a CourseWorks online orientation.
  • 600+ contractors and subscribers attended 48 free training webinars.
  • 100% adoption by employing companies of our Multiple-Level Compliance feature.
  • ComplyWorks specialists performed a total of 39,171 verifications in which they audited 979,251 individual data elements.
  • 19,301 alerts were sent to subscribers to notify them of compliance level changes, upcoming renewal dates and expired certificates.
  • ComplyWorks sent nearly a quarter million individual communications to subscribers and employers to ensure their accounts and profiles were up-to-date, and that they knew about important industry and ComplyWorks information.
  • The ComplyWorks Management System became the leading contractor and supplier management system in new industries:
    • The South African mining industry.
    • The Canadian property and facility management industry.
  • We released ComplyWorks Management System 3.8.2, which includes:
    • Multiple-Level Compliance capabilities that allow employing companies to apply different compliance requirements to contractors and suppliers based on type, location, service they provide, or any other relevant criteria.
    • Enhancements to TrackWorks that extend the ability of users to track a wide variety of assets, including individuals, equipment, vehicles, and contractors and suppliers across their operations.
  • We founded Safety in Schools to address the high injury rate of young workers by providing students with free workplace safety courses.
  • To increase the level of service we provide to customers and continue to develop leading contractor and supplier management solutions, our staff grew by 48%.
  • Employing companies used InformWorks to ensure uninterrupted communication with contractors and suppliers during the Canada Post strike.
