Once you’ve entered the relevant information required by employers in RegistryWorks , you can view a visual compliance matrix that shows every status of every compliance requirement across all of your employers. When combined with AlertWorks , you can also receive instantaneous notification if your profile and status changes with any of your employers, right to your handheld device so you can take immediate corrective action.

ComplyWorks also replaces email as the way employers communicate changes and notify you of important information. This eliminates the chance that you don’t see an email because it was sent to your SPAM box or you were inadvertently left off the mailing list. Employers can also ask you to acknowledge receipt of a communication by clicking a checkbox embedded in the communication, creating a time-stamped record that you’ve read mandatory communications.

Similarly, CourseWorks helps you meet compliance requirements by having workers take competency training and orientations online at their convenience instead of taking time off work to attend costly classroom-based courses. Again, everything is tracked electronically, so you can easily demonstrate that your workers have taken the courses and are ready to work.
