The Monthly Newsletter from ComplyWorks®
Have a Safe and Happy Holiday Season
Thank you to our customers, partners and staff for your support over the past year. Your input has enabled us to add new features that meet the needs of employers, contractors and suppliers, and employees. Our growth over the past year has resulted in employers having a larger pool of prequalified contractors and suppliers to hire from, and contractors and suppliers enjoying a broader range of companies to work for. We’re looking forward to working with all you in the coming year.

New Employing Companies for December
The more employing companies that use ComplyWorks for contractor and supplier management, the more everyone benefits. Contractors and suppliers have more work opportunities, and employing companies have a broader, deeper pool of contractors and suppliers—in more places—to hire.
This month, we’re pleased to welcome the following employing companies as ComplyWorks customers:
- Athabasca Oil Sands—Oil company focused on the sustainable development of oilsands resources in the Athabasca region of northern Alberta, Canada. Uses ComplyWorks to deliver online orientations.
- Sunnybrook Health Science Centre—Centre of excellence in patient care, education and research, with over 10,000 staff, physicians, researchers and volunteers, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Tips & Tricks: How to log in to an orientation that’s been assigned to you
As more and more employing companies take advantage of online orientations—200,000 individuals have taken one —we get more questions about how employees log in to an orientation that’s been assigned to them. (Or, as our South African customers ask, how to log in to an induction.)
The answer is: quickly and easily. If you are a registered user, the orientations that you need to complete might already be configured for you. Log on and go to the Personal > Orientations page. If they aren’t configured for you:
- Get the orientation code from the ComplyWorks administrator at your company.
- Go to www.complyworks.com.
- Click the box in lower left side that says ORIENTATIONS.
- In the appropriate fields, enter your First Name:, Last Name:, Email: (this must be unique to only 1 individual) and Orientation Code:.
- Click Next. You should now see the orientation.
- When you complete the orientation, download and print a certificate of completion with your name on it.*
*NOTE: If an individual completes an orientation and the certificate does not show their name, they have either completed the orientation while someone was logged in to the system OR the e-mail address entered was previously assigned to someone else. If someone was logged in, the individual will have to log out and re-take the orientation. If the email was previously assigned to someone else, the individual will need to enter a different e-mail address and retake the orientation in order to print out a certificate with his/her name.
