In January, we released ComplyWorks Management System 3.8.2, which includes the enhancements to our team subsets feature we wrote about last issue, along with a significant upgrade to our TrackWorks tool. With TrackWorks, you can track everything from employee training and certifications to vehicle and equipment inspection records. TrackWorks brings together information that is currently stored on spreadsheets and systems that are spread across your company in a single, secure online location that can be accessed by authorized staff whether they’re in the office or the field—ensuring everyone is working from the same set of up-to-date information instead of out-dated or incomplete data.

Contractors & Suppliers: March 1 is the Final Deadline for Updated Safety Stats
If you’ve already updated your profile with 2010 safety stats, thank you and read no further! If you haven’t, you may be showing as yellow (medium risk) to your employers. If you haven’t updated your safety stats by March 1, you may show as red (high risk). Don’t miss out on work just because your safety stats are out of date! Update your safety stats now so you’re ready to work.

Tips & Tricks: Attend a FREE training webinar to learn the basics and more about your ComplyWorks subscription
We're often asked by contractors and suppliers how they can learn more about using and maintaining their ComplyWorks subscription. While our Help Desk is always happy to answer your questions, contractors and suppliers have told us they’ve saved time in the long run by attending our FREE training webinars.
These online information sessions walk you through your ComplyWorks subscription account set-up and provide tips on how to gain the most value from your subscription. You’ll learn how to get your account started, find out about new services that we’ve introduced, and leave the webinar knowing what’s required to keep current and compliant. Also included in each 60 to 75 minute webinar is a question/answer period so you can clarify points you’re not sure of or ask about topics that weren’t covered.
Janet, our training webinar host, generally schedules webinars twice a month, with a morning and afternoon session on each day. All you need is a computer, an Internet connection and a phone (audio is delivered via a TOLL-FREE line).
