Beat The Postal Strike With InformWorks

Worried about communicating with contractors and suppliers during the Canada Post strike? Several of our employing customers are dealing with the disruption in postal service by using InformWorks to send time-sensitive information to their contractors and suppliers. Quicker than mail at the best of times, InformWorks also gives you an auditable record of who’s opened the email, who’s signed off on it, and who needs a reminder to read and acknowledge the message.

ComplyWorks @ Work: Anderson Energy

Innovation is one of the qualities that mark successful petroleum exploration and production companies. To stay ahead of rising costs and capitalize on reserves that are increasingly difficult to reach, they must continually find ways to streamline operations and adopt new technologies. Anderson Energy demonstrates that kind of innovation in the way they use the ComplyWorks Management System to manage contractors and suppliers and to distribute up-to-date information to the field. New Employing Companies For June

The more employing companies that use ComplyWorks for contractor and supplier management, the more everyone benefits. Contractors and suppliers have more work opportunities, and employing companies have a broader, deeper pool of contractors and suppliers—in more places—to hire.

This month, we’re pleased to welcome the following employing company as a ComplyWorks customer:

  • Colliers International—Canada’s largest commercial real estate services company with offices across Canada.

Tips & Tricks: How to log in to an orientation that’s been assigned to you

As more and more employing companies take advantage of online orientations—over 41,000 individuals have taken one in the last year—we get more questions about how employees log in to an orientation that’s been assigned to them. (Or, as our South African customers ask, how to log in to an induction.)

The answer is: quickly and easily.

  1. Get the orientation code from the ComplyWorks administrator at your company.
  2. Go to www.complyworks.com.
  3. Click the box in lower left side that says ORIENTATIONS.
  4. In the appropriate fields, enter your First Name:, Last Name:, Email (optional): and Orientation Code:.
  5. Click Next. You should now see the orientation.
  6. When you complete the orientation, download and print a certificate of completion with your name on it.
