Employee & Asset Tracking

Track critical information on your people, contractors and suppliers, equipment, vehicles and other assets

TrackWorks came about as a result of requests from our customers for a tool that could manage company-specific information in relation to their contractors and suppliers. At the time, they were using spreadsheets that were scattered across the company in various departments.

We designed TrackWorks to track everything from vehicles and equipment to information about contractors, suppliers and staff by consolidating spreadsheets and small databases from individual desktops. Information can be shared without worrying about version control and stale data, and alerts and notifications can be automated in real time.

This lets you easily track a variety of compliance requirements in relation to anything or anyone involved with your business, bringing together information from across disciplines such as supply chain, procurement and finance.

Features of TrackWorks

  • Make asset information available to anyone with an internet connection.
  • Control access to information with built-in user management capabilities.
  • Eliminate concerns about version control and stale data by bringing information from multiple sources together in a single repository.
  • Capture information from the field in real time instead of requiring them to send paper to head office and having the data entry done after the fact.
  • Link company-specific data to supporting industry standard information collected by ComplyWorks.
