All contractor/supplier ComplyWorks subscriptions include basic alerts that let you know when your compliance status changes and reminds you to renew important documents before they expire. This lets you take action before you fall out of compliance and out of work with one or more employers. By adding AlertWorks to your subscription, you can customize who receives different types of notifications, where InformWorks messages from your employing customers are sent, and so on, with no limit to the number of people who receive notifications.

For example, alerts that your insurance is going to expire can be sent to the office staff that handle insurance or accounts payable, while notifications that you’ve fallen out of compliance with an employer can be sent to operations and sales personnel.

AlertWorks in use

After an administrator at a trucking company resigned, a renewal letter from the insurance company went unnoticed. However, 30-days and 1-day before the pending expiry, AlertWorks' sent electronic notices to several predetermined contacts at the company. As a result, the insurance was renewed before the expiry date, and the trucking company maintained its green "compliant" status in ComplyWorks and avoided losing work.
