Submit Your Compliance Information Once & Prequalify to Work for Multiple Employers
Companies that employ contractors and suppliers use the ComplyWorks Management System to prequalify contractors/suppliers that meet their requirements. Decision makers in the office and the field then use ComplyWorks to find and hire contractors/suppliers when they’re needed or to assess bids and RFP responses.
We designed CMS to make demonstrating compliance with employer requirements as easy as possible for contractors/suppliers. Instead of mailing or faxing required information and documents—such as workers compensation, insurance, certifications such as ISO, environmental and safety programs, and on and on—to each employer, you can submit information once to ComplyWorks and make it available to as many employers as you want. You can even export that information and send it employers that don’t use the ComplyWorks Management System (CMS). All subscriptions also come with basic alert features that let you know when your compliance status changes and reminds you to renew important documents before they expire.
In addition to prequalifying the contractors/suppliers they currently hire, employing companies also use CMS’ service and location search functions to locate new contractors/suppliers when they need services in specific locations. Because your information is already in CMS, you can often avoid the bid and prequalification process entirely and get straight to work. Subscribers also have access to logos that can be used on websites, print material, signage and vehicles to indicate that you’re “ready to work”.
