Cal Fairbanks
     President & CEO
     Director of the Board

Cal Fairbanks is the President and CEO of ComplyWorks Ltd., a global leader in providing Contractor Compliance Management Solutions. An innovative and proven entrepreneur, he leads the company’s overall vision and strategic direction. Cal brings 25 plus years’ of experience, creating, growing and leading successful businesses. Cal supports community involvement as the Founder and Co-Chairman of Safety in Schools Foundation of Canada. Prior to ComplyWorks, Cal founded and lead a successful e-procurement company that specialized in secure electronic financial document exchange. He has served as a Director of several private companies and other organizations including, Canadian Advanced Technology Alliance (CATA), Petroleum Technology Association of Canada (PTAC). Cal holds a degree in Economics from the University of Calgary, and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), from European University, in Belgium.

David Bischoff
     Executive Vice President
     Director of the Board

David Bischoff has over 30 years' experience developing and marketing secure networked business solutions, and has been leading the development of ComplyWorks' systems since initial concept. Dave developed his early expertise over two decades, establishing alliances between the industry’s top network and systems providers to deliver internetworking, security, and business continuity solutions to the Canadian market. Prior to co-founding ComplyWorks, Dave became an executive with a company that specialized in secure electronic financial document exchange. It was during that time, while creating industry-changing technology innovation, that Dave developed the design philosophy and methods that have resulted in the extremely flexible and configurable ComplyWorks service offerings.

Dave has supported the technical community by developing and teaching accredited software development courses, speaking at universities and conferences, and publishing articles and interviews.

Darcy McFeetors
     Vice President, Business Development

Darcy McFeetors has been responsible for driving ComplyWorks' sales since 2005. Darcy graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Commerce (honours) degree, has founded two IT companies, and spent over 20 years introducing new technologies and services into the Calgary marketplace. Darcy's strengths lie in his ability to form strong relationships with his customers, understand the issues they face, and provide innovative solutions to their challenges. He also has an in-depth understanding of new product development and implementation strategies.

Nicolai Massyn
     President, ComplyWorks Africa

Nicolai Massyn is the President of our African operations. He is an environmental lawyer with 14 years' experience in the Environmental and Health Safety compliance and management fields. He is also the head of Green Gain Consulting, which operates within Southern Africa as compliance specialists and which is a strategic business partner of ComplyWorks Africa. Nicolai is ideally positioned to head up the ComplyWorks Africa operations due to his experience in the disciplines of HSE compliance and management and also his well-established network and client base in the region. Nicolai has considerable experience in the development and implementation of web based compliance management systems. He also has a good grounding in HSE Management systems and all compliance related aspects of the industry. He consults to industry, mining and government in this regard. Nicolai holds a B.Comm degree in business, an LLB post graduate law degree and a Masters in Environmental Management. He is an admitted advocate and practiced law at the Pretoria and Cape Town Bar associations.

Ivan Holloway
     Director of the Board

Ivan Holloway is a graduate of Memorial University of Newfoundland with a double major in Business and Economics. He has spent the last 30 years in Information Technology. He has held a variety of senior management positions for companies such as Digital Equipment Corporation (now Hewlett Packard) and Sun MicroSystems. His customers included companies such as TransCanada Pipelines, Enbridge, The City of Edmonton and the Government of Alberta. Ivan joined the Company in 2005 as a Corporate Director and has been instrumental in assisting and developing strategies that allow resource companies and governments to implement contract and vendor pre-qualification systems.

Ross Wickware
     Director of the Board

Ross Wickware has managed the development and funding of several internet based applications in multiple industries including transportation, logistics and English as a second language training. Additionally he is an experienced international security analyst and operator, with proven operational expertise in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Cyprus, the Former Yugoslavia and the European Union. He brings over 20 year's military experience with the Canadian Forces and 5 years security experience with the United Nations and International Non-Government Organizations in the Middle East and South Central Asia.
